We checked our spam folders and we have indeed responded to every email that we are aware of receiving, so perhaps you might also check your spam folder and see if for some reason our response got redirected there?

Two issues:

First:
Did anyone experience a loud volume peak, while connecting sensitive iem/headphone to the M15?
I am afraid that by switching from hard to drive HPs to sensitive/easy to drive HPs and not lowering the source phone's volume, the high volume or loud peak might damage the sensitve HP.

Second:
I did listen to the M15 connected to android phones (s22 ultra, s10, other) via several usb cables (very short and short) and noticably experirnced what seems to be electro magnetic interfernce (noise genersted by the phone)

Please advice

For the first issue, since the M15 does not have any native volume controller, it is good practice to make sure you lower the volume (or even mute it) on the upstream source (eg phone/laptop) prior to using a different transducer with the M15. The M15 will remember the previous volume setting on disconnecting and connecting a new transducer. Other dongles that do not have independent volume controllers might face the same issue.

For the second issue, I haven't experienced EMI sound with the M15, but perhaps the others can advise.

I use the M15 with my S22Ultra with a USB C cable that came with my old S9+ and I have no interference. I also just tried with the S9+ and no interference either. I can try to find some other cables I might have and test them as well if you'd like.

Did you ever experienced any loud pop on connecting a sensitive HP or IEM to the M15 while its connected to an operating usb source?

I own a Focal Stellia and would'nt like to threaten it.
