Ah, ok. Yah, ca1a is very good for the price and sr1a is incredible all around. Hugh recomendation for both from me as well. They don't sound anything at all like LCD-R for anyone wondering though.

Just go here https://crinacle.com/graphs/headphones/graphtool/?share=IEF_Neutral_Target and scroll down; you can select the LCD-R to see its measurements and then other headphones one at a time for comparisons.Pay wall![]()

I wonder if his measurement rig has issues with seal. All LCD models referenced Show a subbass roll off, which is unlike other measurementsJust go here https://crinacle.com/graphs/headphones/graphtool/?share=IEF_Neutral_Target and scroll down; you can select the LCD-R to see its measurements and then other headphones one at a time for comparisons.

I will never understand why crinnacle and amir have so many attention. Their findings and opinions are very often rubbish.

True, sometimes they are off the mark.I will never understand why crinnacle and amir have so many attention. Their findings and opinions are very often rubbish.![]()
However 80% of opinions on Headfi are rubbish as well but here we are

Do you know anything at all about the hearing ability of the people here? Yet we have thousands of reviews from thousands of random people.
There is only one answer: audition headphones at home if you can, try a bit of EQ if you’re open to it and keep what sounds good to you . Never believe the launch “reviews “ from the team behind this site as they are just Marketing for their paymasters.
I replaced my Jot-A EU model with a US version. I plan to list my EU Jot-A for sale. It includes the Schiit USB-C DAC card, which I installed. For a US buyer, I will include the voltage converter I have been using for free.

How do you find the internal DAC card? I kind of want the ESS card for my Jot-A. Unison, correct?
