I always appreciate Audeze taking risks with new designs and technologies but making this one such a limited edition is the kind of move that makes this hobby look more and more like speculation.

Anyone know how long the cable is that these come with? With the odd termination it seems regular XLR extensions wouldn’t work and aftermarket options may be hard to find. I need at least 10’.

Maybe they’ll bring it back down the road without the lightning wood.

I suppose having sold out prevented me from making a purchase I didn’t really need so now I can wait to hear some reviews.

Ideally I’d love to see it reintroduced with the metal chassis of the LCD-X. The wood Audeze units seem very prone to getting small cracks on the rings near where the angled cable connectors mount.

I impulsed after Corrowang review. I hope that they work with edm. How do you make money at such a low price? The headband looks carbon. Special wood that requires a process other then standard wood rings. I hope they started this awhile ago. Feels like best kept secret.
