@Shanling I think I found bug on firmware v1.30

I'm in Turbo gain
If I shutdown M30 than turn it on again, the status still says Turbo gain.
But actually the sound is in Low gain
I have to change to Low-Mid-High-Turbo again to really back to Turbo gain

Already doing Factory reset after upgrade

This issue was confirmed by our software team. But it was a day before we went away for holidays, so far there was no fix.

If the MicroSD card clicked in place, it's all fine.

Otherwise, you can connect M30 to your computer for file transfer, using the USB-C connector. it will show up as normal Android device (but transferring files will be slow).
Drivers are only needed if you use M30 as USB DAC.

There are two USB-A ports on rear for connecting USB drivers, the left one being the main one.

I sorted out the WI Fi, it looks like I couldn’t have typed my router password incorrectly. Even though I wasn’t sure I’d connected with Ethernet, previously, I assume I must have, because as you gather, I updated the firmware.

Since doing so, I can’t seem to find streaming services, such as Apple e.t.c. ( I found it before the firmware update. ) On your above link, I can’t find, “Add music streaming services” ??

It looks like I haven’t inserted my SD card correctly ?? ( I’m not feeling like I want to dissemble again, just now. )

One thing I noticed before the firmware update, was that I listened to a volume of 15, which was quite loud to me ( & I have some hearing loss. ) but now I can turn it up to 50 ( presently )

Appreciate your help.

Did you send email to MusicTeck? We have the amp in stock and they can order it. It's not something that our dealers would normally keep on hand.

I’m trying to sort out the seating of my SD early this morning. This is how it was in. Does it look right ?? It can’t be I guess, seeing as it’s not recognised & am I putting it in with the correct side ( black side up ) ?

Sorry about the quality of pics & the light. ( I feel pretty stupid about this, seeing as I use endless SD cards in other devices, but I want to make sure I have it right before I put it back together.

Sorted out the streaming last night, thanks to @DarkMaleMurican continued help. I will check the gain.

I’ve just put it back in again now, with the black side up & looking again at @Whitigir ’s video on YouTube the SD card does look like it’s supposed to stick out very slightly ? Just trying to take a pic again, to show.

If it is / was right, then have I possibly not placed back in the player correctly, but I’m sure I lined up the connection correctly ?

I’ve just put it back together & I’m waiting for my laptop to load up, to check it. I clicked “storage” on the player & it didn’t show external storage, I assume it should ?

I will whenever my laptop connects with it !! ??
