Earlier I noticed a mix from tracks with the same title. I now found an exemple of 3 mixed titles: Madness 7, Seal 7 and Beach House 7. Quite different titles but I am not able to play that seperately. When will Shanling repair the library business and what about gapless. The M9 is also not gapless but with a different app that can be repaired. The M30 cannot do this. Will there be a module with open Android ever?

The issue is that there are 3 different performers with the same title. Your library mixes the tracks, other apps don't do that.

Quick Q @Shanling : if we have the existing amp module, does it mean this will be a replacement or an additional module such that we can choose which amp module to be deployed? If it is a switch, will this power amp module permit IEMS to still be used with the M30?

If you already own the M30, this will be your second module and you can swap them in and out of M30 as you wish, just a moment with screwdriver.

If you are purchasing M30 new, you will have to choose between them, as it ships just with one.

It will work fine with IEMs. Just the volume control might be bit limited and background not as quiet in some cases.
