Absolute solid advice, I always say at the first sign of something not quite up to snuff open a ticket with our support. This is the best way to get any issue addressed.Open a ticket with iFi Audio and tell them the problem. They'll take care of you. The Ticket date should forestall any return deadline but contact your retailer also. It's likely a situation where a software update will do the job.
We have some very helpful folks here on this forum and even if quick advice is found here it is still important to report it as the next folks will benefit from the report, and if changes need to be made the more reports the better!
