I don't think its browser specific. I use opera and every other day it's an issue.

It seems that clearing the cache is solution for this issue in Chrome.
It is until it happens 2 days later. I use Ccleaner and I clear everything, cache, history etc. And the problem still comes back.
My inbox will NOT refresh, on mobile or PC.
Really frustrating, as I'm in the middle of 4 transactions.
Have you tried any of the solutions the others have tried (clearing broswer cache/cookies)?
