Where can the E500's be had (new) for $325 ? And technically, they're no longer called E500's, right ?

Much deserved bump. Can the UE10 cable be detachable? I was thinking about keeping my E500s the way they and simply switching the cable.
Yes, the cable is detachable on mine, just as they are on the UE10s. But I'm not sure that modding only the 500's cable is possible. Highly doubt it actually.

He probably does if you can track him down. Does anyone know if there are any possibilities to re-cable the E500s? I have been searching on threads and have not found anything concrete. I have a pair of E500s sitting in my drawer pretty much useless. If anyone knows a contact please advise I would really appreciate it.
