We already have a thread for questions like yours: http://www.head-fi.org/t/596233/buying-portable-or-in-ear-headphones-seeking-guidance-dont-start-a-new-thread-ask-for-advice-here

Try browsing through this review of 272 IEMs. It's a great source for information. http://www.head-fi.org/t/478568/multi-iem-review-271-iems-compared-jvc-ha-fx101-spider-tinyear-added-02-06-13

Don't know what controls will work with your phone. For example, the MH1C mic works with my iphone, middle button will stop / pause, etc, but the 2 others don't control the volume.

you're asking a lot for a small budget IMO.

If the MH1C's will work, they're considered a great IEM for the $$$. I gave mine to my GF, sounded good, but the hype seemed excessive.

I think we have, copying and pasting the same post does not help us. As you seem to want it all done for you, Sony MH1C (no idea how compatible the mic or inline controls are)

Have you looked at some reviews or off headfi for compatabilty details of the Nexus 4 with in line controls that work with apple?

To be honest using Nexus 4 as a Music source isnt good so dont expect too much on it plus the memory is limited so using FLAC isnt a good option either unless your satisfied just having about 100-200 songs
