Very.. "educated" and refined sound. I wonder, if OMs sound like this how does Semper sound like? Could it really be much better?
Yes and yes and yes.

Give pb2 around 200 hours, they change A LOOOOOOT!Opus mia sounds gorgeous with shanling M8 I didn’t think OM can scale up so much... very impressed and I’m still burning PB2 and other IEMs can’t wait to listen “blue monster”
In this I highly agree! I'm forced to look at CIEM refitting options due to the poor fit of these.I love the overall SQ of Semper and it would be an exceptional product if the fitting is similar to OM- Listening session for me on Semper is not as prolong as its siblings.
Wearing Semper in an awkward manner at a protruding angle for the optimum SQ with the biggest soundstage at times tends to disrupt continuity in listening and enjoyment with readjustment is certainly not ideal to any music lovers.
Without the filter segment, it sits quite perfectly in my concha. But the SS is way too aggressive for my old ears. Bob may needs to case study and rework his shell for better fitting on his new implementation if there is one in the pipeline.
Posted this already on the N3Pro thread, sorry for the spamming to those who follow both. Pssst: it’s much better in here. Just wanted to wish the good peeps in the IMR community a safe year, with a particular thought to those of you in the UK. Hugs from Paris everyone! (from behind a mask)
Doesn't the green filter completely kill the treble though? I remember trying it... on the EDP, I think. And the sound became unbearably nasal.I switched to green\green setup on Semper . The soundstage opened up quite a bit , with the open ports even on par with the Mest I think. It gives a balanced and airy sound, so if anyone is willing to give up some of that bass power , this is a good setup IMO.
Not for me with fiio M15, I don't know what source you are using , but for me with azla short tips sounds really good.Doesn't the green filter completely kill the treble though? I remember trying it... on the EDP, I think. And the sound became unbearably nasal.
I use grey nozzles and green filters too on opus mia and sounds great which M8I switched to green\green setup on Semper .
