Isolation on these are pretty average. So like I oft say, enough for on a bus but not what I’d want for the Train or a plane.

isolation is very important to you then look for some thing else

1-  It isolates well.  They are vented, so they are not the most isolating IEMs you can buy.  They are on par with most closed full sized headphones though.

I need something that isolates well enough to be used on my daily commute on the bus or one that can let me hear the doorbell at home. Does the GR02 fit any of these two categories?

Well, it all depends on how loud your music will be.

If the bus is not too noisy, then these will be fine.   A pair of Klipsch x10s or UE TF10s will offer much better isolation, but you can forget about hearing the doorbell with these two models.  If you blast your music at full volume then you will not be able to hear a doorbell with even the least isolating IEM in existence.

I think the GR02 will fit your needs.

Hi, im from Perú and i need a little help whit this, i'm a noob in this theme sooo haha. I listen all type of music, especially rock (Oasis <3) and electro (house, electro house, tech-house, etc, etc). I like feel the bass very strong.

For now i use a iTouch 4G (iPhone 5 is my next gadget) and i think buy a Fiio E6, but the earphones is my big trouble now. I have a AKG K350 (before I had a Bose IE 1 and 2) and now i want buy a VSonic.

VSonic is a "little" problematic with the names.

I read that the GR02 are great in bass, but the earphones from the link are R02 Pro II, GR02 or GR02 Bass Edition? Im confused.

Excuse me for my english :frowning2: LOL!

Greetings from Perú.

EDIT: Soundmagic E10M?

Greetings from Perú.

Those are not the Bass Edition.  If you wanted those, that's not where you'd get them!

You could get the Bass Edition here if you'd like:

I see. Thanks for your help man. Just one last thing. How good is their build quality? How long have you had yours?

Don't worry, the build quality is great - metal nozzles, big strain reliefs and the GR02 has one of the best cables I've seen in a sub-$100 iem.

They seem well built.

I only had them for a month or so.  I was going to a buying\selling frenzy at the time.  I wish I had kept the pair I sold.

After few days of research i decided to pick up the GR02 Bass Edition, an upgrade from Panasonic RPHJE120K :)

Few posts here mentioned bigbargainonline is a good seller to buy from, is the one this seller listed the Bass Edition?

"Bass Edition" :   http://www.ebay.com/itm/VSONIC-GR02-ProII-Silver-Cable-Flagship-Edition-Low-Frequency-IEM-Earphone-/380376622782?pt=US_Headphones&hash=item589036a6be

Here is another listing of his but not listed as Bass Edition however it also has the same images

"Non Bass Edition":  http://www.ebay.com/itm/VSONIC-GR02-Pro-R02proII-Silver-Cord-Inner-Ear-Earphones-/380368381222?pt=US_Headphones&hash=item588fb8e526

So my question is that the first link really the Bass Edition? anyone bought from that link have received the Bass Edition?

Thanks :)

I have no idea, you should ask before buying to make sure.
this is a pic of the bass edition http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k240/ofey_s/VSONIC/GR02B-03.jpg

I honestly never seen something so complicated to buy. Even lendmeyourears on their site have 2 versions with the same description but only one marked as "bass edition"
