We've been doing our best to keep prices of all our products at reasonable levels, in spite of the increase manufacturing/part costs. If there are any price raises, they shouldn't be significant.
Since my desktop setup is linked to my PC for the most part and it's connected via a USB cable to my DAC Amp, I noticed there's annoying buzzing noise and high pitch scratches-like whirring going on whenever I move my mouse and whatnot.
And the motherboard itself is pretty crowded on the USB slots so I guess there's some contributing factor there too on the audible buzzing noise for possible interference but I cannot be too sure since I'm not exactly knowledgeable on this.
Would it help if instead of putting the GND Defender at the DAC Amp unit I use, I put it at the PSU insert plug of my PC system since that's where the source is possibly coming from?
Or does it not work that way and is only designed to work with amps?
I inserted ifi dcblocker again after not using it for 6 months. I had som downsides i thought when using it with niagara 1000 and Lake People RS 02 (it made vocals more sibilant to my hearing and unatural) This time around with new powerconditioner and Ferrum Hypsos and Oor i think its fantastic. Its sounds so right and natural with beautiful timbre and so more articulate and deeper bass. Tv picture gets better also with cleaner picture and more depth.
I am right now listening to tracks i know well and have recently listened much to. There so many new details i discover on every track, a veil is definitely lifted. Also the vocal lyrics there so many new words i actually hear them sing and how they express them. Also no loss in dynamics.
In the end this gives me more musical enjoyment because it gets me closer to the music.

On further normal relaxed listening without comparing stuff. It has the tendency to sound brighter hence more listening fatigue in the long run when using ifi dcblocker. I will use it for some time to evaluate further. It might work better connected to one audio device like Hypsos instead of on the power conditioner. But then i cant get the advantage of sharper tv picture i get.
@801evan i dont think i hear a lack in dynamics with Niagara compared to Dynavox X2000 power conditioner. But i easily heard that Dynavox had blacker background and smoother sound and brings out basd details better and every other detail also. Also cost 10 times less .
Its not the first time ive had the experience that a cheaper product outperform a more expensive audio quest product. It was an chord Chrimson Rca Cable vs Audioquest Diamondback Rca. So my confidence in them is not the best.
Blacker bg is exactly what I mean with more dynamics since more bass extension is perceived so bass release extends more and doesn't get chopped off the same way I hear from other stuff. Even the huge psu on the Holo May gives the same chopped dynamics.
