I notice you didn’t comment on the charging issue (which is also well documented in various reviews of the xCan)?
No we didn't as each case we handle separately via our support platform, as in each we need more details. If there's a need to address something which applies to every product of a given line, we're vocal here on HF, but the charging matter you wrote about isn't.
