finally got ifi audio USB cable after 3 months delay, long enough so I can safely connect my idsd dac to my computer.

Guy, just got a quotation from my local vendor.Yes I believe you can ask the vendor you got it from to send it back for repairs. Cost wise...............
Repair and shipping cost S$1000 which is about USD700.
Do u guys think it worth repairing just for the damage screen? Cause sound wise is not affected.

It depends on how much your current screen bothers you the way it is now. It doesn't affect sound in any capacity, so if you're okay with how it looks like as is, I wouldn't fix it if I were you.

Yeah I agree too, mine is getting old and the screen is starting to get a bit weird too. But I can see the settings relatively clearly still, so will just live with it..

I think TIDAL Connect still doesn't work. Could test it after work, when i am at a friend of mine.

Tidal work just with wiim app. But the app is nice and the sound…. To nice for the money

Today, I got the chance to demo IFI pro stack with susvara, atrium, lcd 5 and meze elite side by side on the headphone store.
My favorite pairing is with the LCD 5. So musical and very detailed at the same time!

Hi there, I have a dazzling issue with my pro iDsd. I’d like to have spif/Toslink input using the 3.5mm adapter…. But no sound comes out. And yes, input wheel is set to spif/toslink. The very same cable, adapter and setup is working with my Ifi idsd micro signature, so I know the cable works and data is flowing. Am I missing something? By the way, the idsd pro recognizes there is data input and shows the correct stream data … just no sound. Thanks
Idsd pro using wiid stremer part. Is not up to todays Standads but ifi stream neo is a underrated and cheap unit for the quality if sound that is offering. I test both units and the result is night and day

Streaming is where ifi dropped the ball on the otherwise perfect idsd pro, I not sure if it's hardware limitations or the software implementation but the software they used at first sucked the newer software is a improvement, to me blue os would have made for a better user experience.

Right? I've brought this up multiple times, and there's no hope of them ever going back and fixing it for v1 or v2. Maybe in the Pro Series v3?
