I just got an idsd signature. The usable volume range for me with my fairly sensitive headphones is from around 10 to 11:30. This is on eco mode with headphones like the LCD-X and Denon d9200. Any tips on how to manage this without degrading audio quality?

Our general recommendation is to use Eco Mode + a notch of IEMatch.
Thanks - I'll try that. How does it affect output impedance? Our general recommendation is to use Eco Mode + a notch of IEMatch.

Output Impedance: < 2.5 Ohms (High-Sensitivity) < 1 Ohms (Ultra-Sensitivity)

With my Focal Stellia, I now find the Chord Mojo's sound signature slightly "clearer" with voices seammingly more natural. I may not use clear terms to describe the way I precieve the sound difference.Hi
Does anyone have chord mojo too?
Apart from being less powerful, how is your profile compared to signature?
Cheers
Anyway, it may be good to swap (once in a while) the audio signatue between such two good sources.
I have both and use them with Denon D9200, Fosex TH909 and LCD-X (2021) amongst others. I find the mojo much more transparent. Voices also seem more forward and natural. Because of these factors I find the mojo more engaging. Sure, it's 20140018XXCan you drop your serial number so I can double-check for you?
I own both two. Both are musical. Mojo is slightly better for timbre and somtimes a bit boring, flatter (especially with slow and relax genre) while Signature's attacker is better, more holographic, more fun. Any slightly better things of Mojo is for iem only. The signature wins on headphone perspective. Can it charge while playing?Yes, it does, it also provides a slightly different sound that I'd say is more neutral warm vs the zen stack which is clearly placed on the warm side in my book.
There are also a lot more benefits to switching to the Signature if you use them like its transportability. Some however prefer a desktop set-up which is why we give folks choice!
It is balanced, just our version of it being s-balanced, simply meaning the output power from 4.4 and 3.5 is the same.
If you'd like to read more up on what s-balanced does, check out a write up here we did for the xCAN (same general idea applies to the Signature): https://ifi-audio.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/iFi-audio-xCAN-S_BAL-Tech-Note.pdf

Well i decided to go ahead and update my device, which shipped with version 1.5 for some reason to firmware 7.2 and the upgrade went smoothly.
Unit now shows 7.2 in system information

That was what I needed! Yes, was going to confirm you are good to update but glad you went ahead and all went smoothly. Enjoy!
I have just received the idsd signature to try. I returned the Neo as I really did not like the sound. I have a Zen Dac/Can stack and the sound of the idsd signature is more to my liking compared to the Neo. But I'm very confused with all the firmware options. If I use Tidal exclusively, so a mix of MQA and 'HIFI' quality tracks are there any benefits of downloading the GTO filter? I'm using a Mac rather than Windows.
I also wish the charging port was on the back rather than sticking out of the side. It looks messy.

Sorry, can't answer your question, but I am curious -- how does the Signature compare to the Zen Dac/Can stack (which I also happen to have)?I have just received the idsd signature to try.
