i totally agree with you, anything with a premium price tag should IMO have a premium warranty. and also a premium customer service experience. it's one of the reasons i'll go back to brands like ZMF, Ampsandsound, and DNA. All are smaller boutique shops, but man they go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied, which they should given the premium pricing they demand.That's all true and your insight hopefully brings some more understanding to those most demanding forum members, at the same time I also agree, that iFi has probably reached a state with the £3750 Phantom when it is about time to look into extending that 1 year warranty to 3 years.
