Hey Folks,

If you are having GO Pod issues and have not Private Messaged me your ticket Support Ticket Number please do so...

If you are still having issues and tried the GO Pod reset, please try one more time but Hold for 14 seconds instead of 12.

I am told they are currently diligently working on a resolution to this issue of Pods not pairing together, and I will update you as soon as I have any more concrete news.

Again, Apologies for any inconvenience...

Cheers!!

@ecouteurifi , I do not recommend updating the firmware: I followed the instructions perfectly and ended up having the process fail on me at the very end, leaving my set useless, for the time being.
Thanks for the recommendation.
Yeah, I have read many comments about it and afraid to update because my 1.52 is very stable. The only down side, there is no battery indicator in %.

Hello,

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and the 64 Audio Volür, here.

First of all, I strongly suggest you to update to the latest Firmware, which is v1.54.
Please, make sure you follow the instructions on the iFi Support Hub to the tee, so that you will update successfully.

On Android 14 on my smartphone, I have disabled Absolute Volume in the Developer Settings. So, my phone's volume and the GO Pod's volume are the same.
You can try it :)
Thank you for the suggestion and recommendation.

If not mistaken, Go pod has a separate and independent Amp. Correct? If so I don’t see the advantage of having the phone and GP having the same volume level?
For instance, I use AKG N5005 with Fiio UTWS5. Despite my 1 V volume is almost max out (Absolute Volume disabled) but the sound is still not loud enough, about 30% less compared to W80-3 and Xelento. Fortunately, Fiio app control has a separate Volume control which is half of 32 graduation by default so I have plenty of room left to compensate for the loudness. Otherwise, I would return the AKG.

I bet they didn't try to update them. Lol
I had no issues updating mine, unfortunately, some folks have had issues, but I get the joke :xf_wink:

Hopefully, this is a one-off and will be fixed shortly.

Cheers!!

A quick search yielded the following page:

https://ifi-audio.com/products/go-pod/?attribute_pa_iems=meze-rai-penta

Go about 1/2 of the way down the page and you will find a section titled “LDAC and LHDC” which states both LDAC and LHDC support 32bit / 96KHz. Not sure if that is what you were looking for. Consider it goes on to say LDAC (not mentioning LHDC) reaches 990kbps.
Yes, I can see 32/96 but cannot conclude that it automatic will support 24/192 as well?

I don't believe that is supported, I have seen that unit you linked myself, pretty cool!

Everything I know of the Pods is 24/96 and anything above that at the moment most likely does not work, perhaps future iterations of the Pods may do this but not this one.

Cheers!!
