iFi audio GO pod + IEMs = brilliant wireless sound on the GO!

(Very weird how you're inserting yourself in this conversation I'm having with iFi support)
Are you referring to me?

If so, I find it very rude! What is weird and absurd is that you were given specific instructions and you haven't even followed them and try to resolve your issue!

I do not give a dime about your issue! What interests me is the cause and the outcome so I can prevent this from happening to me.

Furthermore, this is not the official iFi Support. This is a public forum. The tickets you open at iFi Support, those are your conversations with iFi Support.

Do you understand now?

I hope so!

PS: I hope I haven't hurt your feelings just because I asked you to follow some basic instructions....

I wont insert myself, other than to point out that I think what you may have misunderstood is that this isn't actually an iFi support page / forum. It is a social media forum devoted to discussing iFi products. Sometimes (not always) such forums are frequented by reps from manufacturers, but they are often not tech support. As a community forum, users frequently try to offer help to one another.

Yep. This isn’t an official support channel.

Bubba is well versed in support, but he is not tech support.

It would be the same scenario in any other of the threads I represent.

Thanks so much my friend, I do certainly try but sometimes the answers are just better obtained in the support as you have said!

Good to see you around!

Cheers!!

As an addendum to what I posted about the flashing issue...

I can honestly say that following the directions and sometimes repeating the process can come in handy, (That's why I posted the procedure)

Many times we can accidentally hold the button in a reset procedure .5 seconds too short or too long rendering the procedure ineffective, I know I have done this myself with other units and from other manufacturers. So best to try it a few times or get help with the timing.

Hope you all get sorted out very quickly.

Cheers!!

Well, I'm back to the office now (where I left my Go Pod over the weekend) and I'm not able to pull up the images you shared in this post?

@iFi audio I cannot see the pictures you've posted, either, any more. I am visiting from my personal laptop at home right now.

Please, look at the screenshot to see how your post appears.

Please, attach these instructions in the first post of this thread and make sure the format is functioning and they are clearly visible.

Thank you

Got 'em this time, thank you! I tried three times thus far with the same results:

The left pod (the one that works fine) blinks blue and red until it's paired with the phone/source. The right pod still continues to blink red and green.

That's too bad, I suspect they will need to be sent in for repair/replacement thru support.

Apologies for this happening, and do let us know how you make out in the end.

Cheers!!

All right. I'll wait to hear from them, they still haven't responded to my last entry in the ticket. Thanks again, I do appreciate your efforts.

My right go pod seems to be dead. Won't charge or turn on.

Anyone have this same issue? The left one works fine, as normal.

Thanks for thoughts!

Yes, if it helps mine doesn't flash green or red. It just stays green. Very odd.
