Cheers!!

Sounds good. Thank you!

Yes, if it helps mine doesn't flash green or red. It just stays green. Very odd.
I wonder if it is something with the Pod or with the case possibly just not charging...

Try this, disconnect the earloop and just hold the Right Pod into the left slot, (You have to hold pressure on it) and see if the light turns red. (Charging state)

Cheers!!

Yeah, I absolutely love my Go Pod and it's been my daily driver for a year.
So the light stays green no matter what right? I wonder if trying that reset I posted might jar it back.

I only say that because there is battery life left in it or there would be no light at all.

Let me know!

Cheers!!

Sorry - point of clarification, this was when that side still had battery. It is out of battery now and not charging or turning on at all.

When it did have power, it stayed green no matter what.

Greetings,

Thank you all for sharing valuable information about Go Pod.

Sound quality is really phenomenal and render justice to my Audeze iem. Personally, I like physical button similar to Fiio utws5, Xelento wireless 1st gen, Westone W80-3 instead of touch control as I always accidentally touch it (even on the edges) and launch some undesirable command while mount/unmount from my ears.

One thing I find very annoying is every time I take the pod out, adjust the volume to my liking, which I prefer to have some level indicator by the way (Fiio control app), put it back to the case. Next time I take them out, I have to readjust the volume level blindly all over again. I wonder if anyone else experience this.

1.52 Firmware

Hello,

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and the 64 Audio Volür, here.

First of all, I strongly suggest you to update to the latest Firmware, which is v1.54.
Please, make sure you follow the instructions on the iFi Support Hub to the tee, so that you will update successfully.

On Android 14 on my smartphone, I have disabled Absolute Volume in the Developer Settings. So, my phone's volume and the GO Pod's volume are the same.
You can try it :)

@ecouteurifi , I do not recommend updating the firmware: I followed the instructions perfectly and ended up having the process fail on me at the very end, leaving my set useless, for the time being.

What happened with your unit? Have you been asked to send it back to the dealer for a replacement or for further examination?

In any case, I think that iFi Audio (@iFi audio ) should definitely do something about this, fast, because it is preposterous that the users will be made scared to update the firmware due to potential failure...
