Good to hear…..can’t wait for them to be available in the UK

On the first post it says:

The GO pod launches on 14th April 2023 at AXPONA (Audio Expo North America) and the 1000 ‘GO pod + IEM’ packages are available to order from this date. 60 days later – or when these packages have all sold through, whichever is sooner – the GO pod will be made available as a standalone product to combine with any pair of IEMs.

60 days from April 14th would be June 13th.

Soon they will become available, I suppose.

Just a quick listen but these are really impressive SQ wise compared to the UTWS5.

More depth, vertical and horizontal staging. Excellent low end emphasis without the bloat. Increases the sense of space and air all around with an incredible level of preservation of detail with Ronin. It gives a clean presentation overall without colouring the IEMs original tuning too much. BT really has come a long way.

It indeed has! As I previously stated I was never a BT fan, and was never very interested in exploring it further, but these GO PODS have changed my opinion, at least for now!!

I know I am affiliated with iFi but these are seriously impressive sound.

I will promise to be unbiased in my opinions off the GPDs sound here, but I honestly can't help but be in a bit of awe right now, I am a bit shocked to be honest, BT should not sound this good!!

Has anyone tried fitting their customs with the GO Pod? I probably have medium sized ears and my case lid won't close completely with mine in there.

I've been alternating between 2 sets of customs and both fit fine in the case

Yes. I have a set of 64 Audio V3s customs and the fit was fine when using them and when placing them in the Go Pod case.

Looks like I was able to get mine to fit after some messing around. Just need to adjust the cable to allow the IEM to turn a little bit in the case

Based on my memory of the sound of the UTWS5 with my Legend X, I agree with this.

I'm only saying this based off of brief impressions of the GO pod since I just got them, but if you're using high end IEMs, the iFi GO pod would be the way to go sound wise. Otherwise, the UTWS5 for the price I think is really good

It actually is really light weight and pulls behind the ears perfectly. Extremely comfortable

I’ve had the Go Pod for two months now and they are very comfortable to wear.

Looks great!

I appreciate the attention to detail iFi put into the GOD Pods from the interior felt lining, to the LED lights and every time I open them up, it's like a nice surprise and experience, especially when you're listening in dark conditions - which I do often so that I can just get lost in my music.

It is a very handy little touch, I actually appreciated it myself last night after some late-night listening the little lights came in handy!

I also want to say that last night I was using them in a laying position and had not one issue with them, at first I did not think they would be suitable for laying position but I was wrong!

Just got this.
Compared to fiio utws5, it is definitely better. Better detail, stage and it seems less compressed. More hi-fi sounding unit.
For the price the utws5 is a decent buy but I guess if you have a kilobuck IEM or even more expensive you may consider to buy the go pod. So far I am very pleased with the product.
