I just got mine today so I will surely keep my eyes peeled for this.Yeah, thanks. I had tried that but it's not making any difference. I also gently cleaned the pod and the case with a dry cloth in case any dust or particles had got in the case but no joy. It is kinda worrying that two of us on this thread have experienced it though. I'm sure @iFi audio and/or the ever helpful @Mr BubbaHyde will be along to assist shortly.
I do remember seeing a video some time ago where every time they placed them back into the case they did this in a bottom first, then pushed the top end down sort of way. Perhaps we could all try that and see what happens.
I would definitely put a ticket in immediately basically because if there is something a bit off we want to start a chain that can be followed. Especially if it is "lot" or certain serial number issue that is affected, so please do that here.

Just as a side note, always report stuff in a ticket no matter what it is, we are here, but its better to have a ticket in right off the bat, not only for service but it causes more attention than just the two of us here, Thanks.
Cheers!!
