To get the input back, please use the 'angled fork' connector that clamps onto the DC plug from the DC power supply.
Wow I don’t I feel dumb I tried to use it originally and thought it doesn't fit
@iFi audio can you please refute what @AudioSpender said with actual measurements graph of AC iPurifier in action instead of a drawn one?
It seems strange the result he is measuring with a simple Entec wideband noise analyzer.
Thanks!
I know they use the same graph style in other products I thought I remember them explaining it. Also could the fact that the Entec wideband noise analyzer being a simple one might pick up more noise for some reason

How could a measuring device pick up more noise when something is added vs without? The simpler answer would be that the AC iPurifier does worsen performance.
I hope I can be corrected, as I was looking forward to buy two of this gadget to separate LPS and SMPS...
I still hope to see @iFi audio actual measurements of the AC iPurifier as they did in the past with the iPower

Hi, bought two of them and they really work. Was surprised by the better definition.

Short question @iFi audio
So when I put the AC iPurifier in a wall socket and the polarity light got red, I just turned the iPurifier around and both light went green.
Is this what you are supposed to do when the phase light goes red?
Please note, I did not change anything else, I only turned the iPurifier by 180 degrees.

Where did you buy them from if I may ask?

Hi Richter Di

Leds are green meaning it is ok for both.

Best wishes

Polarity check verifies if the phase and neutral are connected correctly in the receptacle, so that they are also sent in the correct wires to the connected equipment. That is because gear usually work better when they are connected correctly.
Many AC plugs around the world have only 1 way of connecting, example the typical US 2 blades + 1 round ground plug. So the check makes sense to verify if the installation was done correctly.
But some countries have plugs which are reversible, like only 2 round pins, so reversing them fixes the polarity.

Nicely explained!

Sorry, I still do not get it. When I put the iFi in an the polarity LED gets red what does it exactly mean?
And why is it turning green when I turn the iPurifier around?

In short, aim for both LEDs to be green, that's the point you want to be at.

I have a tube amp that is being connected to a power transformer to convert 110v to 240v, and at max volume without connecting the amp to a dac or anything but just into the electricity outlet at 70% volume I hear a hiss and humming when connecting my lcd x.

I tried all power outlets at home but the humming is heard from all of them, i mean just turn on the amp and connect headphones no connections to anything at all just amp and headphone

would this ifi ipurifier fix that
