Did/do you own both remoulded TF10 and 530? Do all remoulding companies reshell using a standard method/procedure? (UM, Fisher)  Or is shifting of filters etc during the remoulding process up to the discretion of each company? (not saying that shifting of anything is bad)

Yes, I still have both. I even had a custom Triple at the same time as the stock. Sounded the same to me. Looks like Kaysen answered the rest of your question.

Anyone have any recent transactions with these folks?

I'm interested in getting my TF10's reshelled, but I emailed them over a week ago with no response. Are they slow to respond to emails in general, or should I be a bit worried about a company who can't reply to one? Even their e-mail reply were to tell me to give them a call... anything would be nice.

Word is that they're super busy right now. I sent mine in on the 2nd and am hoping to get them back soon. I didn't have luck with email at first either.

TakeRugBurn is right, calling during business hours (Florida Time) is the best way to get hold of them. Also, if you're serious then you should go ahead and get impressions done. Make sure you order off of the www.InEarz.t83.net site because it has the more up to date and specific ordering form. I didn't do that.

I've heard so many great things about them and will report back when my ears are full again.

Perhaps I'm blind, but where exactly is the remolding ordering form? All I can find is the order form to make new, custom IEM's.

Kaysen will email the PDF file when she gets your request.  I concur that they must be busy.  Its been almost two weeks and nothing yet on my refits, most likely due to queued up refits that are secondary in priority over new orders.

Klipsch Custom 3s recently reshelled by Fisher. Shells are very clear with no bubbles. They sound great and fit very well.

Interesting. Those look quite different than my Custom 3's that were done by Fisher. Is that single-bore, and if so, is that something you requested? Mine was double bore & I think it may have altered the treble in the earphones a bit.
