I wish it was that easy... same thing happens when I swap the L/R side of the cable or when I change from my Null Audio cable back to the stock one. So, the problem is definitely internal.

I feel your pain man, I feel your pain. But all we can do is wait.

I had the same thought, considering they have my TF10's. They indicated they're still making them, and are still going to be fine. Other companies don't post here, and they do just fine. Head-fi doesn't determine the success of good quality.

Have they been banned? Not sure I get it. But no matter, because we can all post about our experiences. Most vendors don't even bother to post much, so it's not all that significant. After all, they have an ongoing thread with the company name in the title.

I can't stand forums that are this anal about protecting their sponsors. avsforum.com is similarily obsessed with any "pricing discussions", and go try discussing pricing on any HVAC forum - they *freak* out. It's not like InEarz was some big company milking their profits - they're a small US business, offering reasonable prices, trying to provide good customer service by posting on these forums. What?

Don't the mods realize they just hurt themselves? InEarZ was just answering questions, being helpful - f*ing commercialism, stupid controlling sponsors have to ruin it for everyone. Always the end users who get screwed.

Who cares.

I'm excited to get my customs back sometime this week! Monday will be the 7th full business day they have my IEMs so I will call them sometime then. Kaysen said in her original email that they should ship out within 7 business days and I hope that's still true!

Your name is printed on the inside of the shells by default, no extra fee, IIRC.

The rules are in place to protect members (i.e., consumers, us). Also, there are other forums out there that you might enjoy more.

Make the dirty call - don't pretend that it's to protect us. Much better to see a company's customer service in public, where we can all judge their quality. It was a valuable addition to the community to see how InEarZ responded to various complaints, and to learn about production delays, problems, etc. If every service provider was this helpful, it would be fantastic.

On the subject of giving back to the community - my headphones were received on Dec. 28, quoted a 7-day response, and haven't heard anything yet. I'm not surprised, it's obvious they got slammed.

Can't wait, can't wait! Mine got there Saturday the 2nd, and I was contacted monday morning and told 7-8 days. That puts them getting back to me on weds the 13th at the soonest possible interpretation, Sat the 16th or Mon the 18th if it was 8 _business_ days. So I have to wait until the 19th before I can officially whine about them being "late"

Talked to Kaysen earlier and she said it should be out by Wednesday, which makes it 9-10 business days since they received mine (12/30) since they're been incredibly busy. No big deal, it's good to see that they're getting a lot of business. So don't start complaining if it's more than 7 business days..

I just hope they fit right and I don't have to send them back!
