wow, that sounds interesting. Is it possible to do what westone is doing? where the part that goes inside your ear is some other soft material? So half acrylic, half silicone?
I think my impression and stuff are already there so its probably too late to change my mind and i kinda want the durability or acrylic.

Just sent my Triple Fi-10's too Fisher today 10-14-10. Im pretty stoked to have my second set done, still loving my 530's but I also like the Triples but have hated the fit so I thought Id send them in also. Mostly Im just posting this to document the current to and from times. I sent priority insured mail from Seattle WA so they wont be getting there fast but Ill post again when they arrive at Fisher. Im loving their new cable btw, much improved over their original cables.

EDIT #1:  My TF10's arrived at Fisher on Saturday morning but of course we dont count that. They are listed as delivered though so the clock starts counting today, Monday 10-18-10. Im stoked and cant wait to get these back. Lets see how long it is taking start to finish these days over in Fisher land.

EDIT #2: Just got a call from Fisher 11-8-10 that they are done and shipping 2day air and should be in my hands 11-10-10.

Fisher can do just about any color.  I am having my E500 redone for my wife and sent Kaysen 2 pictures with the colors I wanted and she said no problem.  Make sure its a clear good resolution pic though.

I think that you will be blown away wildcard... her monitors are going to look so good. I am super excited about these because you understand how the process works and how colors and the orientation will be. You picked two perfect colors for the monitors and the artwork. They will turn out nicely.

Unfortunately I am not a very imaginative person. I will probably just go with plain black, even though I promised myself and my wife that I wouldn't.

Why don't you have a look at JH Audio's facebook page photos to give you some ideas.  You could also click the 2 links in my sig to see the 2 pairs I had done by Fisher.
