Up to this point, Audio Technica CK10s were the best fit I could find for my somewhat small ears. Can you guys tell me if the current Shure IEM line are all the same size, and if so, how big/small they are to other IEMs at the moment? I may just grab the 215s from Amazon to check fit, then exchange for a higher priced Shure if they all will fit the same. I'm also going to try the higher-end of the Heir universal line, hoping they're small enough to fit me. Any comments on this?

Just ordered the TDK BA200 since they aren't that expensive and can be returned easily to Amazon. Also have the Heir 5.0 ordered, and Heir is sending along the 4.ai to me to try on loan, as well. If the Heir fit me well, which I'm crossing my fingers they do, I'll choose between the 4.ai and 5.0. Will be using them with the HRT Microstreamer and a Headstage Arrow 4G.

Thanks for those suggestions. I pulled the trigger on TDK BA200's from Amazon, and they'll be here tomorrow. If they don't fit it's an easy return. I also ordered Heir 5.0 because I still want great sound. If those don't fit, I guess they'll be up for sale here at a small discount

I probably should've clarified. Smallest IEM that's as small or smaller than, and sounds as good or better than, the AT CK10? lol
