I would like some recommendations on good IEM's for under $200. My previous IEM's were the Monster Turbines and I liked the sound they produced but sadly they broke. So now I'm looking for IEM's that sound similar to the Turbines or even better. I mainly listen to Dubstep, Drum n Bass, Rock and Techno. Bass is important to me however I don't want it to drown out everything else.

You do realise that Monster have a lifetime warranty and will give you a one-time replacement even if you break them?  If you were happy with the turbines you could step up to the Turbine Golds or Miles Davis, or check out the Sennheiser IE8, Radius DDM (HP-TWF11R) or Panasonic HJE900.  Those are the best bassy dynamic IEMs as far as I know.
