The cheapest price I could find for the MX760 is from Amazon Germany: 20 EUR plus about 6.50 EUR for shipping to Bulgaria.

Anyone knows how to recable these earbuds? Would like to replace the cable with the one from my broken Yuin PK3.
 
There seems to be a metallic clip in the hole where the cable goes on the earpieces. Wonder if it is some kind of clip inside or if it is soldered. Can these be open or the cable removed, or is the only option to cut the cable and patch the new one in?
