Do you recommend them to listen to heavy metal?

For me, I have found that IT04 to work with everything. I listen a lot of Hendrix on some of his really well recorded music and just about everything else including some acid rock. They are dynamic, layered and a huge sound stage. I listen most all the time balanced and with the DX200 or 150 and the WM1Z. I have also compared them to some of the most expensive IEM's on the market and miss nothing and prefer the highs to some of the best out there. The case they provide for these is extremely nice, being machined from aluminum with a screw on lid. Good stuff.

yep, I'd recommend them. Of course, they'll show, how poorly recorded are 90% of modern metal tracks, but anyway…

Seriously, I'm starting to get an itch to just jump directly to the PP8 or Andromeda or something, please release these soon for the sake of my wallet.

I realize how stupid that sounds, but TBT these will at least temporarily save me money, at least in my head somehow. How could I afford not to spend $500 on these?
