NETFLIX not working for me.....fails to work once installed
Anybody using the DX300 + amp12 to drive HD-800s's? I just added a set of HD-800s's to my collection, mainly for listening to classical music, and they sound very nice. They do sound a little bass-light with other genres, but no more so than I had expected.

The digital filter numbering is finally the same in android and mango. Wondering if the naming was wrong or the actual order was different.
Just listen to the digital filters and decide which are the same
Just updated the firmware. Went to Google Play to install Netflix and Disney+ but got a message telling that those apps are not compatible with my device... Firmware correctly installed. No issue with Amazon Music latest version.
To play, it plays, but a good desktop system is so much better.
Sorry, to update the firmware do we have to connect the DX to the computer or can it be updated simply with the device's wi-fi?

Typically they release a new FW first just through connected transfer, then they will release it in over the air version a bit later.

I think it is over the air now.
I was able to install the apps through APKPURE. All apps are working fine. But this is not a so called compatibility.
I don't have/use the HD800 with the DX300 and Amp12, but I do use some 600ohm @93dB drivers with it, and it is fantastic!
Power needed to drive the HD800 (properly) to 110dB:
- 17mW
- 2.26Vrms
- 7.5mA
- 224.1mW
- 8.2Vrms
- 27.3mA

You are correct. However, isn't it also nice to know that a portable DAP can drive something like the HD800 well? Synergy is another matter altogether though (of which I am not familiar, as I no longer have those).
I believe @Whitigir uses the HD800 with the DX300/DX320 IIRC... Maybe he can speak to the synergy of them. I seem to recall that he really likes them with the DX, but I might be mistaken. If not, you could try doing a search for his comments on the combination on either this thread or the DX320 thread.
I am looking forward to seeing if the new Amp14 can drive the likes of the HD800, my 600ohm(ers), and my HD700s. The thought behind this excitement is that they synergize really well with a tube amp. Though Amp13 can drive the HD700, and don't sound too bad, I know they scale with more power and go together with tube amps really well.
