Edit : the 4.4mm jack has a spacer at its root, it plugs in fine when the dap is sheathed

I am still enjoying the crap out of the Amp11MKII, and lost count of hours because I have just been enjoying the music (more with earbuds than anything else atm, but they do all get SOME play time though). I can't wait until the tube amp card comes out for the DX300....

When came back from my holidays (spent with the amp12), tried the amp11.2 and it was good, but when switched to the amp12 again the difference hit me in te face! Holography, dynamics and this BLACK background.

It is good to be exited about a new product, but to STAY excited is (I think) the goal of all manufacturers worth their salt IMO. Fantastic for you!

Cant wait for the next amp, especially for the tube one. But have to say.. that the amp12 gives me so much thrills that im not really in hurry. Its just so good omg. And its getting better and better..

But iBasso has to do some magic if they want to surpass the AMP 12. My opinion

Imho, the tube amp will be just different. It will be difficult for them to improve the quality technically. So i think it will just have different sound sig, probably warmer and thicker. Considering the fact that the amp12 is more on the technical side (somehow a comeback to the iBassos old hous sound, but just better in every aspect), the logical way for them is to go warm again but with all the staging benefits of the amp12. But these are only my insinuations.
