Getting excellent results with MrSpeakers E2. Nice layering and 3D type imaging on good recording. Nice air as well and a black background.Anyone using this with planar magnetic headphones and getting nice bass slam?
Someone mentioned the gl2000 here earlier?
I'm not feelin it with my Aeon2 closed (might be the 13ohm impedance)
What is everyone with full size headphones who is happy with it using ?
My Hifiman HE1000se is just killing it with the DX300
also I have rediscovered my love for the Ety SR4 sounds so damn good, the mids are to die for

Just download it from apk pure on the device and install...
I had to factory reset and then use apkpure. Thanks, that did it.
yes and I try to use the screen very sparingly also the digital charges after the analog is almost full. My assumption is this can be addressed In future firmware updatesAnyone else seeing the amp battery drop far, far quicker than the digital side of things?

Getting very good results for my LCD-3 non-fazor. Best I’ve had in a DAP.

I have noticed that after a number of charges that I get pretty good battery life now. Digital goes down a little quicker than the amp battery but it all depends upon WiFi use or Bt or for the amp, what I am driving with it.

Hmm interesting. For me amp is often 15-20% lower than digital at times. Perhaps because I let the music playing without switching the screen on for hours at a time.

The digital was meant to withstand continuous streaming usages, sonic you don’t use anything related to it power, then the analog will drain faster than digital
Interesting. My analogue battery was always dying way quicker than digital. And i was mainly streaming. The digital was meant to withstand continuous streaming usages, sonic you don’t use anything related to it power, then the analog will drain faster than digital

I think the "bugs" of this player, like the mid thickness is close to the fixable limits either by EQ or pairing. What cannot be fixed in comparison to MAX would be due to the technical limitations, like the punch with full sized headphones. It will never be as hard and fast as MAX. Also from my memory R8 was also a bit better than DX300 in turbo mode. Other than that it is not too far off in terms of capabilities.
It also depends on what you are pairing with. Is it IEMs or high impedance HPs?
