I will definitely get one if the sonic quality is on par with MAX, but is it possible? I really love MAX and Sultan combo to the poin that I am considering to get new amp for the 1266 TC.
I have move on with the volume knob, overall DX300 design is not that bad.
Max actually can even be transported, but it’s not his strongest point. . .I like to put it in my pocket, let’s say it’s complicated for those with Max to be able to do that.

False! I once fit the MAX in the back pocket of my joggers while running downstairs to meet the mailman for a new pair of IEMs, and my pants basically fell down half way.

So I went on cirrious logics dac website and learned that the line of dac that is used with dx300 is so called the Master HiFi.
I immediately thought dx300 should of been called Dx Master haha as it has dac master and fpga master haha

Reading upon the philosophy in mind of cirrious logucs with tye hifi master category and it turns out its exactly what is ibasso sound house is. I now fully understand why ibasso went with this dac specifically.
