The latest things I hate about YouTube that I don’t even use it for almost a year now... ads can be as long as 45 minutes if you don’t “Skip Ad” button LoL!!!

Yeah, it is horrible. I guess you cannot login to your YT account with NewPipe but it is at least ads-free.

Frankly speaking, I do like DX300 very much - and I am someone that was banned from MAX thread, as I complained so much. I use the UAPP with a little bit of EQ, and with Solitaire P it sound awesome. I like the form factor, it is easier to hold in hand and adjust the volume. Currently I have no complaints, maybe wishes like an line out card or a system generic PEQ, but that is all.

Another biiig plus is that it does not get warm! No more finger burn while typing.

Which apps are not working? So far for me the firmware for me is rock solid.

They were all working, people like to buy stuff,try it out and then return it, restocking fees are coming soon,you can't even buy stereo equipment, unless from the manufacturer, why because of stupid schitt like this.

It really needs a Global EQ, sounds bad with my IEM's running Tidal and there is nothing I could find for EQ

I use mostly full size headphones. A18t is good but I would be careful about auditioning the U18t and ordering the A18t based on that. My A18t has considerably less air in the treble than U18t, and this was why I ordered A18t rather than A12t. I have fit problems with most IEMs, so wanted a custom. But if I knew that outcome, I would have rather gone for A12t or even U18t.

It is always unknown, this is true. . .I already read, that the latest A18s brings together the best of the A12t and A18t. . well, I don't know

If there was a way for me to upload video I could prove to you that the AMP battery goes from %100 to %0 in less than 20 minutes. But I cannot post a 15 minute video. The majority of my chargers will not charge the amp battery, only one works.

If the battery goes to 0% in 20 minutes then it is obvious something is wrong. That happens but it doesn't mean the DX300 in general is not a good player. I got a 2020 Supra, the battery had been allowed to run to zero on the show room floor. That happens but it would not charge so was the car bad, no, they had to replace the battery. Stuff happens.

You should definitely return it, seems like a faulty unit.

Thank you! I find the fourte a bit lean with DX300 and looking to add some body with the treble and tighten up the bass. Will C9 make it worth an investment or is it better for me to just get another dap that would synergize better with the fourte?
