First firmware eliminated for dropouts for me but with noticeable clipping/static noise. I’ll keep listening but if there’s an album or track I should test, please do let me know.

Can you test Iron Maiden’s latest single Stratego? I had with both previous fws a lot of noise there.

Yes,Tidal is NOT FIXED 100x100 yet..any cuts/pops..in some tracks..

Pls Paul-Ibasso. Check with your engineers . the problem persists, not like before, but still present..let's finish off the problem

I too am having problems with Tidal, after updating and doing testing I had thought it was fixed but there are still pops and clicks. Strangely they do not happen at the same part in tracks, very sporadic. Will continue to test and monitor as I burn in the 3max. Only happening on the Master tracks as I can tell.

And a secont wish, Paul: the knobs on the right side are very sensitive and under pure Mango mode not to lock. It fits under android. It would be perfect to have it also using Mango pure Modus

…and one more: using the directory - structure an Alphabet on the right side would be very nice. And for example when i‘am in the K- directory and i‘am leaving the k- Directory, i have to start searching with A, not with K. i would love to have both options under pure mango

Just sampled your tracks on Tidal - no dropouts so far after continuous listening of 1.5hrs so far.

Installed Tidal via Play Store and currently on version 2.45.0.1041.3497

Glad to hear you also don't hear dropouts or the cracking sound. I listen last night to Abba's two new songs, quiet ballads which for sure should have brought out something but it didn't unless my non-sophisticated Shure SE846 is masking it all. I am perplexed though why some folks can still hear the imperfection. I will continue listen to songs where vocals stand out today and see if I can detect anything, hopefully not....the only correlation I am observing - we are both in the DC area....MD here

I know, this is not going to be helpful, but Amazon Music HD playing Ultra HD files, tested with older and newer versions of the app and with original 3Max fw and the last two updates sounds absolutely perfect in every case. On contrary, issues with Tidal show up in many different dap threads. Just saying
