I don't have dropouts but I do have the clipping/static noise still.

I did the local update, then did factory reset.

Checked and still there.

Applied the update again, still there, and applied the update again, and still there.

Hope they come out with FW to resolves these issues. Updating 5-6 times with the same firmware makes no sense.

There are drop outs, also after a second fw- update and reset. And ich habe checked all updates via apk before.

I may be the vocal minority here but I’d LOVE a DX160 successor. That was one of my favorite DAPs I’ve ever owned.

Applied the latest 1.02.184 firmware update locally twice.

Been streaming various Tidal Masters albums for the past hour without any of the previous playback drops outs that were present brand new and after first firmware update.

Went from Phil Collins’s remastered “Face Value, In the Air Tonight” to Terence Blanchard’s “Perry Mason” and Moderat “III” - no drop outs, static or noise.

Solid update for me.

Same thing here, listening to Seal "Love's Devine" and "Do You Ever" which I had so much problems with, seem to play flawlessly now too. Updated once, using Tidal version 2.44.0...listening to Streisand "Till I Loved You Album".. Which was previously horrible on Tidal... You can hear all the imperfections.... I think it worked for my set up... Hmmmm

Just sampled your tracks on Tidal - no dropouts so far after continuous listening of 1.5hrs so far.

Installed Tidal via Play Store and currently on version 2.45.0.1041.3497
