According to one guy on erji.net, he gotten these info from iBasso's customer service.
 
has 32GB internal storage, accepts 32 GB mini SD (or should it be micro?), has coaxial, optical and normal line out. Supports WIFI and has 1.2 GHz CPU. Playing time longer than 10 hours.

And is that a touchscreen? The layout looks kind of smart-phonish.
 
@Randius i think Shifty was referring to running the DAP directly to AMP since the DAC chip is one of it's selling points.

Well there is no mentioning of it being able to act as a dac for anything other than it's own storage (and presumeably streaming audio if it has wifi support)

I smell smart OS, Android perhaps?

I asked iBasso about the pairing of DX100 and D12 and they replied that D12 is not necessary since both the DAC and amp in the DX100 are several steps above what's in D12. Great news for those who just want a PAP.
