I know they are using UPS, which I am not crazy about but if they put down required signature I do not know. You might want to email them.

Hell- they supposedly shipped mine Feb 29,I give up even trying.
Emails are redundant saying to try in 2 days feb 29 to 4 mar equals 5 days.

u cant really count weekends, cause they dont really do any shipping during weekends =D

Mine hasn't been working yet either. But, reference numbers are not reliable like a full tracking number. We just have to be patient. By the time I had a working tracking number with my D1 in August it was already here.

Right on the reference numbers not being reliable like the full tracking numbers.
I just like to know exactly what day's deliveries are going to be.
I cannot be home constantly waiting for packages .The ups delivered an expensive package a few months back on the porch,and the neighbors dog got it ,and chewed the package and the contents.

Keep checking the reference number supplied. On my D1 delivery, the tracking number showed up the day before I received the amp. There is some amount of delay before the number is entered in the system.

Don't know what part of the world your in, but it seems like they shipped out many units at a time, so if your in the west US maybe tomorrow, east coast, maybe one more day?
Also check the UPS tracking window and the reference window.
