I’m yet to come across a company with better customer service and support. If every company had the same philosophy...... the world would be a better place. Paul is a great asset to the company, any communications I’ve had with him have left me an extremely satisfied customer. Great company, great products and enjoying the music.

I don't have the IT01 but I'm very pleased with the IT03. It's become my go-to IEM. I don't think you can go wrong with it at that price at all.
