I'm really excited and scared to death all at the same time.

It's cute and little and has a tiny garden. It's just the right size for me and my cat.

So Smithers, we have another one!

Big step for your cat, congrats. Party's at [size=x-large]Bills.

Stay away from dart boards on wood floors.

Congrats! Your cat will be much happier!

So, have you talked to an electrician about running a dedicated circuit to your rig? Might also want to install a real grounding rod. They're upwards of six feet long and driven straight into the earth. Usually under $100 or so, and you end up with a really, really terrific ground which is a good thing.

Uncle Erik, Great idea. Thank you. My first alteration is a switch at the front door that shuts all electricity off except for the fridge and HVAC. Then the ground. That's an excellent idea! Thank you very much.

Beautiful little abode and looks like a decent bit of property, too! Congrats!!!

Call me a party pooper (on these boards, anyway), but first, I'd be looking at how to accommodate a nice BBQ. Summer is coming right up, you know!

Very jealous! I'm still paying off my student loans, before I can start saving for a place of my own
