Anyone buy a TT2 recently? Was this the remote you recieved? Got this one with mine and it doesn't appear to be the same remotes in all the pictures I've seen. The filter button seems to have been replaced with "EQ"

Also to here's a video of the screen ringing of my TT2 that I mentioned a couple posts ago. Chord says its normal, but I haven't sent them the video and it is very distracting on the desktop with headphone usage.

That is awful.

I still struggle to believe that Chord says this is acceptable

The fact that it is a headphone amplifier means that Chord expects a normal user to be sitting right up on the device where this whine would be easily audible.

Do you have any dealer you can go to where you can test your unit side by side with another one?

Can you still return the unit without penalty? If you still have the right to do that then that's what I would do. Reset and get another unit entirely.

Yeah, it’s starting to get to me, working with my dealer, but unfortunately they aren’t local. Looks like it was addressed a bunch of times in this thread and even by rob watts who said the issue shouldn’t be present any longer after his post in 2019

Maybe I just got a particularly noisy unit, who knows.

I certainly don’t have that… would be shocked that chord says they all have that? Mine doesn’t?

Funny thing is that screen high pitch noise is not appearing on every unit.
For the last couple of years I had like ~5 different TT2s.
And lets say that 3 of them had this issue, and 2 had not...

I was somewhat disappointed for such price.
Oh well I moved on.

ps. My first unit had this issue and I asked dealer if they can ship this to Chord for a repair or something. So my dealer did so.
The new unit came... with the same problem. It was maybe a tad quieter or the pitch was a bit different. After that I gave up on fighting with it.
So you guys are not alone ;)
