Definitely try each cable in each position so you can confirm each cable is working and there are no issues with each connector, although the fact that you got the blue light in the TT2 would indicate that a fully upscaled signal was being received...

Definitely output of M-Scaler and in put of TT2?

It seems odd to get the blue light and notice no difference when bypassing with the red light but take the M-Scaler out and notice the difference.
I did the test with the cables, and found that they work properly.

I also tried the two bncs of M Scaler and tt2 each separately. What I found is the following:

1. In bnc 1 / scaler》 bnc 1 / tt2, the sampling changes (44.1, 88.2, 176, 352), and the sound difference is noticeable. I understand her.

2. Doing the same on bnc 2 / MScaler》 bnc 2 / tt2, and selecting bnc 2 on tt2 does not give me any sound at sampling 44,1, 88,2, and 176. It only gives me sound at sampling 352 ( white ball to Mscaler).

I do not know, this is how it should be done, or should I get sound, such as with bnc 1 output / MScaler, bnc 1 / tt2 input?

Do both bncs each have to react in exactly the same way?

I don't know the answer to that question @varadero xl1000v - perhaps the second connection is only for the final step for full up-sampling? I checked the manual but did not see anything about this. I'd guess that the second connection provides only the final step based on your results.

No need to guess.
You need both bnc to get 1M
Disconnect one bnc, and you can get only 500k

Not surprising the sound changes.
Shouldn't the same thing happen when both bncs are connected? Shouldn't the sound change in this case as well? When we get 1M, the differences from 44.1 to 768 khz should not be audible; I do not understand you ..

Try what @The Jester just said. If it’s not working, I think you should have it hooked up the way you think is correct and with everything turned on playing music and the setting you think is right and then take a photo and post it here so we can see if the problem is an incorrect connection/setting or if you just don‘t hear a difference.

ok, I will do it. I will upload a video..

Last thought..
with both BNC cables connected does the window on the TT2 show DBNC ?

Try power off TT2 and MScaler connect both BNC cables ... connect source to MScaler .... power on MScaler ... wait a few seconds for MScaler to start up ... power on TT2 ... select BNC 1 on the remote ... see if that helps ...
I did exactly the procedure you described, but it did not work.

The first screeshot shows the song I have selected. In the next two the wiring and the front panel of MScaler and tt2. And at the end a video. Do you see something wrong?

Yes, this table from the manual confirms your assumption. There is no difference between single BNC and dual BNC until the 'white', full up-sampling level:
