I don't hear any difference in filters with or without the HMS. What should I be looking for?I don’t have TT2 but the Dave’s HF filter still has an effect. All the filtering on Hugo 2, TT2, Dave is done in the WTA2 process, so mscaler won’t effect that. Now there are recommendations on what filter you should use with mscaler vs without but think still down to personal preferences.

This should be posted in TT2 thread since not really about mscaler anymore. Unless you want someone to give advice and what setting with vs without the mscaler.

Thanks again ,but I am already since a long time fully aware that the Poweradds are available via Amazon and other online outlets. The site you linked to is the German site and I am in Sweden, not Germany. And I would much prefer to buy directly from a physical shop where I could also make sure whichever powerbank I buy comes with the correct safe connection and works as intended without frying my Mscaler. I have only ordered things from Amazon once, and they sent me the wrong products.A quick glance at Amazon.de finds this ..
https://www.amazon.de/POWERADD-Powe...&keywords=Poweradd+pro&qid=1594398152&sr=8-15
What I was asking for was if anyone in Sweden with an Mscaler has bought a powerbank from a shop here in Sweden and could recommend it.
Cheers CC

Should this work safely? Also, should I use the ac output plug or the 12v output for best results?

You seem to be making life unnecessarily difficult for yourself. I am going to purchase an Audio Note DAC; I had the 'brilliant' idea to take out the M-Scaler and sell it while I finalize my new DAC purchase. The Audio Note DAC is months away and I figured I could live without the MS for a couple of months. Wrong! I would like to say once again and emphatically that the solo Dave is no match for the M-Scaled tandem.

I have been talking to a reviewer who has been testing the Qutest and comparing to two AudioNote DACs. The review is due soon and you might find it interesting . . . . . .

Guilty as charged. You seem to be making life unnecessarily difficult for yourself. Best of luck.
I thought the DAVE was already pretty damn expensive, that Audio Note is crazy expensive and I quickly stopped reading and closed the browser window when I saw price, lol.

Well continue to read is fine too, they have "mind blowing" topology, especially at year 2020.

I'm sorry and mean no offense whatsoever but were you being sarcastic about the "mind blowing" part or were you serious?Well continue to read is fine too, they have "mind blowing" topology, especially at year 2020.
