How much more comfortable are Velour pads on your ears, in general?  I'm thinking about ordering some replacement pads for my ATH ES7's.

If you wear glasses, I would say that it's a tremendous improvement for any headphone. Leather/pleather rubs and makes noise when you turn whereas velour is nice and quiet. Also, they don't ever get sweaty (or at least they soak it up)

I wear glasses sometimes, they aren't too bad using the stock pads.  But they do get sweaty, for that reason alone I will probably switch.

I found the HD-25 velour pads greatly improved the comfort of the ES7s.
