What would compel you to spend such a vast amount of money? Six figures could have bought you an insanely nice car and a down payment on a nice house...

About $670 since joining Head-Fi. The amount in my sig will be updated when I finally get back to Dunedin to mh HD25s. So, not bad, but I plan to buy ESW9s as soon as a good deal appears in the FS forum. I've sold a bunch of stuff as well, though...like $87 worth.

I was merely attempting to illustrate the magnitude of the amount of money that I feel he has spent that could have been better spent. But I suppose if you really are that passionate about audio, then so be it, enjoy it.

~$100, probably going to spend just enough to finish a decent portable setup (another ~$200?). that's the main reason i came here in the first place.

It's all about preference. I bought a very nice Gibson instead of a car last month. I haven't regretted it for one bit.

I've spent $655 not including the $185 in stuff I sold.
Bad thing is I want to recable/mod my 780s & KSC75s and buy an amp and one more media player. Then I'll take a break.

My speaker system and phones are entangled so ill pass on trying kind of entangled... Using an everything approach >>10k (Id have to check purchase date if you really need exact numbers), otherwise for headphones and head amps about 1.4ish.
