Also had a 9volt microamp for awhile but couldn't live with it because the 500mah li-poly batteries couldn't fit in them

I got the first Millett which is misprinted and spelled Millet =)

Your millett's manual shows my exact amp.

You're right it does have the extra "t". I still have that amp, but honestly I've not used it much. I even had it for sale for a while.

Yea =) there was only 1 misprinted...the original owner (The Monkey) had it at Canjam and showed it to Tyll. They both chuckled to themselves and Monkey was saying they will replace it with a correctly spelled version. He refused...it gives it character...it gives it History.

I was SHOCKED when i noticed the manual was MY NEW AMP, since there was only 1 misprinted, you can clearly see the pics in the manual were with the Millet printed on it =)

I think I chuckled because Tyll had loaded me up with rum.

Here's what I've had/have:

- Total Bithead (clear)
- MicroStack
- Microstack bag with extender
- Millet(t) Hybrid
- Desktop Power Supply
- Desktop Balanced
- SR-60
- HD 650
- Headphone bag

I can imagine. I've not heard the balanced desktop but it really gets a lot of good press. Good as the imod is the balanced is very seductive.

Just a quick question as I am eyeing the Desktop amp... how is the pass thru RCA out on the back used? Is it possible to use those jacks to hook up (a pass thru) to a tube amp so I could use two separate amps (Both the HR Desktop and a LD2++) off of my computer system?

The rear output jacks on the Headroom amps are typically used to feed a power amp attached to speakers. You could definitely also use it to feed into second headphone amp. I think calling it a pass through is may be slightly misleading because the signal does go through the volume control circuit so there might be a slight degradation compared to a true "straight through" type of pass through jack.
