How many sets of FULL SIZE headphones do you currently own?

Hmm looks kinda odd...I also think that one larger rod would be better. The smaller base the better, but we don't want it to fall over now do we

There is no fear of this thing falling over,

. The base will be longer/bigger depending on the number of headphones its meant to hold (due to length of headband support). Since its 11:30 at night here, I am going to wait and work more on it tomorrow. It will be easy enough to replace the two dowels with the one solid upright, just a matter of "making it look good", haha. I'll figure something out, and as always, post an update!

Five total so far, but I'm still very curious about Denon D5000, AKG 701, Sennheiser HD650, Grado RS1i, and HiFiMan HE-5 (and orthos in general).

God help my wallet.

I did want to try all those, until I figured it'd be pointless. My music tastes include like 1% rock and 99% metal

Ultrasone, Grado and Beyerdynamic seem to be the companies I should be looking at. In a week, I will have one of each

HF-2, ALO-780 and incoming DT880 600ohm Manufaktur

4 sets:
AKG K501
Beyerdynamic DT 880 (250ohm)
Technics RP-DH1200 (don't ask... just need those once in a while)
Sennheiser HD 201
Come to think of it, I must have an ancient pair of HD 414's in storage somewhere.

Man i'm loving them; such good detail, nice soundstage and bass. The thing is the bass is not overpowering and impacts at the right times. Very impressed.
