Are you a Mucho Man?
How many Push-Ups can you do at once, without any breaks?
How many Push-Ups can you do during, say, 5 minutes, with breaks?
Do you go to the gym regularly or do you exercise at home?

Gentlemen start counting your Push-Ups!

There was a time when I could do 100-150 without blinking an eye. I mean perfect slow pushups too. I was teaching Tae Kwon Do and I trained for 4-6 hours five days a week.

Now I'm winded from typing this message.

Who needs push-ups when you have steroids?

Push-ups are a part of my exercise routine, I do them in varying positions to stress different parts of my upper body. I try to do at least 60 total, since I've only just begun performing them routinely. (in my defense, I have skinny arms and a relatively large frame)

On an average day, 35. On a bad day, 20. I tore my labrum lifting weights about two years ago. I don't have money for surgery to fix it, so it has to heal. If any of you are familiar with cartilaginous injuries, you know they take forever to heal. It also sucks, because on thanksgiving, I can only throw the football with my dad and brother for about 20 minutes before I have to quit and take 4 advil. On the bright side, I took up running, and I can run a 6:30-6:40 mile now

I've been working my pushups with the Perfect Pushup--the rotating pushup device. I've got to say, I'm seeing definite chest development, and its kind of fine and challenging too.

Not sure what my max push ups are... since I only care about size
