I'm a skirt steak guy myself but that looks delicious enough to change my preference!

Salads on two nights.

Pickled beets on both of them.
French fries tossed in the first salad.
The second is poached salmon with brown rice with brown mustard seeds, tomatoes, and carrots.

Home cut fries or store bought? I love homemade fries...

^ Store-bought fries. Baked at 400F for 20 minutes. Then cut up and cooled slightly.

Snack time. Toasted pumpkin seeds in cayenne pepper, ground Szechuan pepper corns, and pink salt from the Himalayas.

Breakfast of sous-vide egg, Heinz beans in tomato sauce, turkey bacon, brown rice and green peas.

Not my cooking, but if you like (smoked Jewish style) fish, here's NY's very best appetizer:

Shot that and ate it, this is one of the best fish bagels I've ever had. That's the 'belly lax' salmon, Russ' specialty. Everything about this bagel was absolute top notch!
And believe me, my country knows about smoking and pickling fish:)
