I cook, but I'm not an exceptional cook or anything.  I know a few good recipes and I stick to them.

I cook, because My mum is vegetarian and hates cooking meat, that gave me an incentive to learn to cook from a young age (about 12) so I can cook fairly well, and do quite often, although, my brother is back from uni, and is much better than me, so I've been watching him cook, and hopefully learning some more...

Yeah, I love to cook and bake from scratch.  It's a lot of fun and you know exactly what's going into the food you're eating, plus it's a pretty good skill to have.

I like to cook but I like cleaning up just as much. I use cast iron exclusiveky so I pride myself in how well it looks. After a meal I clean the cast iron, warm it to dry the water and then I wipe it out with Crisco.
